This notice explains how EcomX PPC (the "Application") accesses and uses data from the Amazon Advertising API. The Application is an internal tool operated by Supersonic Brands Inc. to monitor and manage advertising performance for our own Amazon selling accounts. This notice is presented when a user authorizes the Application to access an Amazon Advertising account.
With the explicit consent of the account holder, and only after they sign in through Amazon's own "Login with Amazon" consent screen, the Application accesses data from the Amazon Advertising API, including:
We request the scopes profile and advertising::campaign_management. We do
not access data outside the scope the account holder authorizes.
We use this data solely to monitor, analyse and manage advertising (PPC) performance for the Amazon selling accounts operated by Supersonic Brands Inc.. We do not use it for advertising to third parties, for building profiles of other users, or for any purpose unrelated to managing our own campaigns.
Access is limited to authorized personnel of Supersonic Brands Inc. who operate the Application. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with any third party, and we do not transfer it to parties outside our organization except as required by law.
The Application runs on infrastructure controlled by Supersonic Brands Inc.. Access and refresh tokens are treated as credentials: stored securely, encrypted at rest, and never exposed publicly or committed to source code. All connections to the Amazon Advertising API are made over encrypted (HTTPS) channels. Access to the Application is restricted to authenticated, authorized users.
We retain authorization tokens and the data required to operate the Application only for as long as the integration is active. The account holder may revoke the Application's access at any time through their Amazon account settings (Login with Amazon → connected apps) or by contacting us at the address above; on revocation we cease access and delete the associated authorization tokens.
We may update this notice from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent version.
